Hello!
That is quite the old version of Smart Connector!
With that said, there really is no guide, but see below for a summary of what you will need to do:
For each Extension that the customer is using, you will need to get an updated .dll from the developer of the extension for 2.4.10. You will then need to work with those developers if anything on the extension has changed over time to get it working again on your site.
For each Extension and the Framework itself, you will need to get an updated license.
As far as the "install" itself, you should in theory be able to do a straight upgrade.. but I personally havent tested it and upgrade from a version that old.
