SmartConnector 2.4 - EBO 1.9 - Swagger UI "The User Name or Password were incorrect.

Hello,

I can't manage to get the authentication token from the swagger ui (always get the "The User Name or Password were incorrect." error message).

I guess the issue come from the endpoint http configuration rather than to the login/pwd.

I'm using SmartConnector version 2.4.8, and EBO 1.8 or 1.9.

I've tried with both SBO and SOAP Rest providers.

Any suggestions ?

I managed to get it work for "SOAP REST Provider" (not yet for "SBO REST Provider")

Attached the 2 configurations :

- SOAP_REST_Provider_cfg.PNG : working !

- SBO_REST_Provider_cfg.PNG : not yet working...

Try to set your 'Server Domain' to 'Local'. This should be the same domain you use to log into EBO from workstation.
