Need help with schneider plc

Hello I'm using schneider plc TM200CE24U I'm communication it with Ethernet. The data is coming via modbus tcp/IP. Can someone please help me to program it. I mean I don't know how my modbus data is converted into input. My program is very simple I have one modbus address and when it turn zero to 1 my output should start. And when it again it turn to zero it should turn off output. Can someone please help me with it. Thank you.
