This reply is a bit late, but no you can't send DND and MUR to Opera. I believe it is on a future feature wish list.

At the moment the integration is one way from Opera to EBO.

The integration provides the following points:

- rental status

- guest name

- preferred language

- check-out date

Is a smartconnector license enough to use this extension? Or do I need a paid license for this extension?

And the second question.
Is it possible to identify the visitor? In other words, will I be able to identify that a housekeeper (and not a guest) has entered the room?

To perform Opera integration you need two licenses;

SXWSWSCDL100001 - Smart Connector platform license

ISCINT00020 - Opera extension license

The customer needs to supply the following license on their Opera interface server;

IFC_SXU 5007-134

This integration will only give you the following information;

- room rented/unrented

- guest name

- departure date

- preferred language

For your second question, you can use one of the door lock integration options to identify the person entering the room (guest/staff). The current options are;

- Kaba Saflok - server to server

- Assa Abloy - in-room Zigbee, server to server, low level GPIO

We would need to know if the Smartconnector for OPERA can work with any version of EBO or it is necessary to use a certain version of the software. First we are going to use version 3.2.

Hi,

EBO 3.2 will be fine. I have seen it used on versions as old as 1.9.

This is from the User Manual "The Smart Connector processors can support EcoStruxure systems operating with the EcoStruxure Web Services (EWS) protocol v1.1 and v1.2."
