Hi,
We are using the GET /Notifications/{id}/Items REST API in our software.
We have measured the time between the API call and the API response, and we can see that there is a major performance degradation over time. When the SmartConnector service is first started, the response time is 62 milliseconds and after 40 minutes of run, the response time is 6 to 7 seconds! See the chart below the demonstrates the performance degradation.
We are using the SmartConnector version 2.4.40.
I'll appreciate if the SmartConnector R&D team can explain this problem and suggest a solution.

I have seen the same issue and it appears to be something to do with the In Memory Caching of requests not clearing like they are meant to. I believe they are working on a new build to address this at the moment.
