Customer Installed SmartConnector on their server and the portalpage does not load. He said that the service is in running state, but the login page do not respond.
Customer has these errors:
2023-09-14 16:30:03.7451,Error,Service,<no principal>,Unable to load DLL 'SE.WorkStation.Licensing.LMClient32.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
at SE.WorkStation.Licensing.LMClient.Api.Services.LicenseService.Checkout(String feature, String version, Int32 quantity)
But are those only because of the missing license? The license cannot be loaded if the portalpage do not respond...
