Hello,
We have a project which EBO provide data to a cloud platform(Third Party System), there are totally about 20,000 points provided from the ASPs in the EBO system.
The system ran well at the first, but the cloud platform said that they couldn't got data from our SmartConnector after a period of time due to the crash of SmartConnector. It used to happen once every 3 months, but now it happens once every month. Every time we restarted the computer, the system went back to normal.
I attached the recent log of this problem, hope someone can help to analyse what the problem it is. Thanks!
BTW, They said they restarted computer after around 4:30 pm(UTC+8 Time Zone) in the log.
Best Regards
Jessie

Hi Jesse,
Sorry for the slow reply.. Somehow I missed this question.
What version of Smart Connector is being used, and what type of data is this? (Trend data, alarms, or run-time data?).
Regards,
-Jeff

Hi Jessie,
Can you check the memory usage on the machine? I am wondering if there is some sort of Memory leak going on that eventually results in the crashing of the service.
It might be worth updating to version 2.4.17, there was some fixes in the realm of memory leaks by the REST gateway. So if this is the problem, 2.4.17 might have the fix for you.
In any case, please watch the memory uses of the process Mongoose.Service.exe over time and see if it goes up overtime.
Regards,
-Jeff
