Business context: EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor (XROA) is an innovative software developed by Schneider Electric.
By providing fully customized XR models to our EcoCare members we would like to help them to train, empower their people in their daily operation while providing them a more comprehensive remote support, always keeping in mind Safety concerns .
It is at the core of the Digital Customer Experience we want to provide to EcoCare Member to make them the most of EcoStruxure platform, by displaying EcoCare Indexes and enhanced the remote support.
The idea: Bring value to customers with an AI assistant in XROA: integration of the existing SR chatbot to answer to questions on:
-operation & maintenance activities,
-daily operations,
-preventive/ predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Expected benefits:
This chatbot fully integrated in EcoCare-XR digital customer experience will be used both by internal personas (CSH hub agents, CSM, CCC & SE technical Support) and EcoCare members. It will improve the overall experience while it will:
- Save calls to CCC/CSH (as EcoCare member is more autonomous & empowered)
- Save time to fix (due to easier diagnosis)
- Save SR dispatch (due to higher rate of remote fixing)
