4G IT BOX to increase SP&C conectivity contracts

The 4G IT BOX solution has already been successfully deployed with customers such as Robert Bosch and NexStream in Mexico (High-End segment), and has also been presented to Apple US.

We believe this solution has exponential potential for broader implementation across all SP&C contracts—especially in scenarios where customers face local connectivity restrictions and require remote monitoring through EAA, IT Expert, or EcoStruxure Advisor for assets like UPS, InRow cooling, and chillers.

The core problem we’re addressing is the lack of permission for data centers to provide node communication from their local networks. Even after discussing cybersecurity protocols and benefits, decision-makers often expect Schneider Electric to offer a complete solution—not just software licenses. This is where the 4G IT BOX becomes a game-changer.

This initiative drives additional business opportunities across Industry, Power Products, Services, and Secure Power.

Attached, you’ll find the proposed solutions, which have been tested at our local Innovation Training Center and successfully implemented with two customers.
