I confirm specific logistique offers for Spare parts is already available at Services Supply Chain ( consignment, VMI and dedicated stock) Monetization is under ETO mode as parts list is specific to each customers sites. FO build the list with customer  + request annual fee quotation to Services Supply Chain + sell under multi-years services contract. it helps to secure parts availability and lead time for customers
Nevertheless, needs anticipation and part definition based on Assets condition remain a pain point we are addressing under an ongoing exploration
