SE SmartAssist idea is to have a subscription-based AI support service designed to enhance the customer experience by providing instant, intelligent answers to product-related questions. By integrating Schneider Electric’s rich ecosystem of resources—including data sheets, YouTube tutorials, technical documentation, knowledge base and many other areas where we have information about SE products and services—this tool empowers customers with 24/7 access to accurate, contextual information.
We could have this as an add on option to any and all of our service plans so it will be a good revenue stream for us.

  • Faster issue resolution through AI-driven responses.
  • Interactive guidance with links to relevant videos and documents.
