Challenge Addressed:

Large Enterprise accounts are the significant few that represent a great majority of our business growth potential. In the current state, our customers within this segment cannot plan to decrease their maintenance (OpEx) expenditure nor increase critical asset up-time by implementing advisory services because there is a 'hesitancy' to have their critical assets data hosted on a competitor's cloud platform.

A solution to address this concern would enable our customers to adopt One Advisory services, create significant revenue growth opportunities for SE via modernization and create services stickiness for continued revenue pull-through opportunities.

Offer / Idea Description:

Positioning our One Advisor Offer to be securely hosted in the customer-controlled digital environment rather than a competitor’s cloud which addresses two critical concerns: cybersecurity and the customer’s preference to avoid hosting our technology on a rival’s infrastructure.

• To illustrate, consider Apple’s strategic direction—transitioning away from Windows OS environments and minimizing reliance on Microsoft Azure. It would be counterintuitive for Apple to store sensitive asset data on a competitor’s cloud. In such scenarios, initiating an EAA SP&C conversation becomes a non-starter.
• Develop an agile/EAA-lite condition-based monitoring application that can reside in a customer's own digital infrastructure. Opens the door to full version.
• Dramatically increase the number of AuM's for the Ten Titans. This new solution could then be offered globally to all large Enterprise accounts. We could set a minimum contract pricing level for eligibility.
