Hello community,
2 months ago I was able to connect Wiser Hub 2nd gen to my HomeKit system with Matter but it stopped working suddenly.
Now when I try to add the Wiser hub bridge to HomeKit, I can see it but not possible to add it, it stays on connection and then bugs...
Any idea?

Thanks for the information, we checked that your system is ready to pair to Homekit.
Please can you try to delete the "existing link" and pair it again ?
Then if it is failed, please contact our local customer support.
