Powertag R9M60
Hello,
I connected a PowerTag R9M60 to the main power supply of my electrical panel.
The connection has been checked and is correct. The PowerTag is connected to the Wiser Home app and is communicating correctly (green LED lights up every 5 seconds...).
In the Wiser Home app, I configured the PowerTag to "Network" (measurement of the main power supply).
My problem is that the PowerTag systematically displays a measurement of 0.05 kW regardless of the downstream consumption. I've checked everything and reinstalled it several times, but it's still the same.
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
