Hi,
I'm a new user to the system.
I just installed a Wiser Gen 2 with few Powertag R9M60.
All seems to be ok when I am on my home network (Wifi). I can access the App, see the gateway, the tags, etc...
However, when connecting from remote, when I launch the app, the connection to the gateway seems not working, I have a error message as if the gateway was not installed.
Can you please help me there ?

Hi @Fred38 ,
Sorry to read that you don't have remote access to your Wiser Home system, is it possible for you to share only the MAC address of the hub here so then i can have a look. Depending on "my" result, i will ask you to contact our local customer support.
