Wiser Alexa

Hi,

I have a Wiser in my office at work and we have an Alexa. The Wiser controls a curtain, so it can be operated by voice command using Alexa.

But a few weeks ago, it stopped working. I say, ‘Alexa, curtain at 50%,’ and it responds, ‘I don't know how to set the curtain device to that configuration.’ It used to work, but now it doesn't, and the same thing happens with another Alexa we have at a customer's house. I've tried other commands such as ‘Alexa, open the curtain’ and it doesn't work either.

Has there been an update that could have caused this?

I can manually set the curtain position using the Alexa app, but voice control doesn't work.

Thanks for your post. There is no easy cloud version why voice control is not working. Please can you contact our local customer support to obtain assistance?
