Matter issues on 2nd gen Hub

Hey, so I'm a bit stuck trying to set up the Matter stuff. When I first upgraded to the 2nd gen hub, I did a quick test to see if it worked, and it did. The issue is I only added one rad at the time, so I finished the installation, then reset everything so I could get all the rads added correctly. Now, when trying to do the setup, the allow matter joining button is greyed out, and it says waiting for code.

Everything is fully updated, and I have fully reset everything back to factory and even deleted my account to try to get this working, but it's still just getting stuck at the same point.
I am trying to get it connected to HomeKit, if that makes any difference
