Some Issues with wiser's

I have some wiser's that one day are working normally but some weeks later the wiser starts to blink led 1 with led 2 off and doesn't let me do reset mode or reboot the deivice. What could this be? is there any solution?

Sorry to that late answer on your post. Is your unexpected Wiser behaviour still present ?
