Can’t pair HubR with account

Hi,

I’m trying to pair my Wiser account with my new HubR. I can get to the stage where I enter everything for setup, but the next stage where it loads the Home Screen I get  “waiting for hub connection”. Eventually this times out.

The hub is connected to a dedicated 2.4 GHz guest Wi network and I can see packets are being sent.

It all works if I go through the room thermostat and via professional installer mode, which makes me think it’s something to do with Wiser’s systems and the hub not registering to my account.

Any ideas? Support have deleted my account 3x already!
