Modbus Terminal?
I’m troubleshooting an issue with a proprietary sensor (cannot access the firmware) that acts as a Modbus server. The Modbus client is a windows-based system that interfaces with up to 60 sensors (also proprietary and cannot access the code).
I have a Modbus table in the sensor’s specifications that defines all the read/write registers I think I would need to get the sensor running and reproduce the failure mode. But I need something to read from and write to those Modbus registers.
Does anybody have recommendations for a Windows application that would act as a Modbus client so I can read/write the device?
