I got some old dimmer pucks using bluetooth in my home connected to the old Wiser App (the one with green icon and version 1.3.3 in settings). When changing phone I noticed that someone turned off parts of the backend service that handles secureindentity.schneider-electric.com so that you cant log in in to the application at all.
I'm pretty sure that the password is ok since it was stored in a password app.
I also tried to go and change the password from the URL in the app you end up here:
https://secureidentity.schneider-electric.com/identity/idmspasswordupdate?app=WiserOneMobile
After login it ends in a 404 page.
So that probably means the password works however the service is turned off.
Password reset from the application does not work either - there is no email coming.
Any of the devs/devops here?

The application you use is no longer available on the app stores as it is now migrate to a new offer with a gateway. That's why you are not able to login on that app.
Please contact our local customer support to obtain an alternative solution available in your country.
