Issue with LTM micromodule

I have a design with an LTM micromodule with 4 output channels. I was able to read the correct voltages at the output: 1.2V, 1V, 3.3V and 1.3V. After a while the output decoupling capacitor C23 at 1.2V smoked and shorted out. When I replaced the capacitor and powered back on, the output at the channel is now 4.7V. Has the module been damaged?
