Unable to connect to hub on iPad

Hello,
My wiser home app works fine on my iPhone. I want to use my iPad as a device to control things when at home so my family doesn’t have to ask my phone every time they want to change something.
on my iPad when login, I get the message the app can’t connect to my wiser hub.
Anything I need to do? Thank you

I support this. Please can we have a dedicated iPad App?

This would really be a game changer for Wiser. An iPad App could be a lot more functional than an iphone app. It would also make Wiser even more competitive with its main competitor (who shall remain nameless on this forum).

Thanks for your posts, our current Wiser app design is for a mobile phone but it can be installed on tablet.

Today, there is no plan to deliver an iPad app version.

Concerning login issue on iPad, @Plebon is it still present with our last app versions ?
