When I open the windows, I see a sharp drop in temperature in the TRVs under those windows. Immediately, I see the demand % shoot up and the radiators heat to max in a few minutes:
"Open Window Detection" is set to ON for those TRVs (well, for ALL my TRVs) yet it seems to not work. The previous temp is "pretty flat" i.e. it's easy to see that there's a sudden drop in temperature that has nothing to do with the room unless a ton of cold air came in.
So, what gives?

I've tested this again and it's still happening... 9 months and zero work on this? I mean, it's not like it's hard to reproduce what's going on!
I'll try to call technical support but I shouldn't be wasting time on this. This is YOUR problem, your product sells with "open window detection" and it clearly doesn't work. Please fix it.

Yeah, I emailed back in May / June I think? I've called them again, re-explained everything and re-sent the last image I've uploaded to the email ticket (Request #201404 in Zendesk I think, and new ticker number is #215878).
So... hopefully someone will look into this because it's clearly not working. The "open window detection" is clearly FAKE, as it's easy to see that the demand kicks in the moment the TRV temp crosses the TRV target temp.
There's ZERO "intelligence", no algorithm that e.g. calculates the rate of temp drop and/or has some "intelligence" regarding the average heat loss of the room, etc.
Let's see if they "fix" it (i.e. IMPLEMENT it) because the advertised functionality clearly states that:
