Random Behaviour of Wiser Hub
We have a relatively new air pump heating system that has been working fine for 15 months. It is recently begun to change behaviour.
Firstly, the hot water was always on and set to 50 degrees. Of late the hot water will turn itself off and we have to activate it again using the on/off button on the wiser panel.
Secondly, our heating is always active and demand is called from motorised Drayton/Wiser TRVs. What happens is that on a daily basis at seemingly random times the heating system does not warm the water. When demand is there the pump is on but the heating symbol on the panel is off. I cannot switch this on from the panel as it is locked so I am forced to switch off the power to wiser. When the hub boots up again it works ok.
I'd be grateful for any thoughts/suggestions. Thank you.
I have attached a couple of pics so you can see what kit I have.
