Wiser shutter switch percentage

Hello, 

I recently purchased quite a few wiser shutter switches and connected two of them to test out. 

The wiring was easy and the shutter moves up fully and down fully but never works for percentages (I hear a click and the switch led turns off, but the shutter keeps going, ignoring the percentage).

 

I redid the calibration but it's still not working. I tried going connecting it to the Alexa app through the wiser (heat?) skill but it's the same thing for percentages. 

Am I missing something in the setup?

Live, Neutral, up and down shutter motor wires.

Sorry for the late reply. is your described behaviour still present ? Since your post, we delivered several releases that will probably solve the issue. Also, i recommand you to have a look on that documentation here. I closed the ticket, don't hesitate to create a new one if needed.

Hello David, 

Still present I'm afraid. the numerous releases haven't solved the issue so the switches are on par with cheaper Tuya ones. 

I'm going to assume this might be an issue with my blind motor. 

What's strange though, is that it works exactly as it should (start-stop at different % levels) when trying to "identify" the switch. Other than that, it clicks at the moment it should stop, but it doesn't stop, it keeps going, opens or closes outright.
