My Wiser system works perfectly so I purchased a 2nd setup to run my annexe. Sadly, I feel like I must be missing something or being a bit dim.
I can't seem to add it to my app. I can create a new account and then log in and out between to 2 accounts but that is a real pain. This is 2025, I can't believe the software is that dated. What am I not understanding?

Thanks for your post. Today, our solutions are based on one home / one account / one email.
Which Wiser solution do you have (it depends on your localisation / country)?
If it is Wiser by Schneider Electric, you have a feature to invite your second account to the first account so you can easily switch from one home to another.
If it is Wiser Home and your annexe isn't far from your main home, you can use the ability of the Zigbee mesh network to "link" your annexe without adding a second hub but by adding a Zigbee 3.0 device and using the Zigbee mesh network.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know which version I have but the app is version 7.2.0 (build 59).
The Annexe is at the other end of the barn but we have a extensive WiFi setup with 5 AP's to give us coverage. This is due to 3 ft thick Welsh stone walls being very resistant to RF signals.
If it needs the Zigbee then we are probably sunk. What does the app version tell us?

You can't do this with the Wiser Home app. It's ridiculous that this setup is not supported. If you have an Android device, there is a workaround though. The same principle may also be possible with iOS, but I have no experience of that.
On Android you can create a Work Profile to have two copies of the same app installed. On Samsung Galaxy, it's called Secure Folder. There are also apps available like "Clone App-Parallel Dual Space" that could potentially be used.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to solve this?
No worries if it can't be done because Amazon will take it back. However, I would prefer it didn't go to eWaste if it does work and it is just a setup issue. Thanks.

The multi-account and/or multi-hub are not supported yet in our Wiser Home solution. We know the limitation that can lead to our customers and we are working to deliver that feature in the future.
The alternative solution shared by @robertwigley is good but it is only for Android phones, no same behaviour on iOS.

David, I have searched for a solution to this online and found posts about this issue that date back years. If SE are genuinely working on a solution they are not trying very hard.
I will send this kit back to Amazon and get a HIVE or something else so I can have both apps installed together.
