I’m dealing with a wiser room stat that is at firmware 0.0.18 when other stats on the same system are at 0.60.3. This same stat has some other issues, like refusing to use the booster plugs and continually losing connection to the hub as a result.
These things might not be related but I’d like to eliminate the firmware as a possibility.
I have power cycled and removed/re-added this device several times to no effect. Is there any way I can force it to update its firmware?
Thanks

Hi @Andya1 ,
Thanks for your post. If you didn't try it, please move that Room Thermostat close to the Wiser Home hub (physically on the top of the Hub). If it didn't upgrade to the last version, try to reset it and re-add it to the system to see if it might push the Hub to send the update but nothing we can do to guarantee it goes through.

It's been perched on top of the hub for a week now and no joy so I don't think that's going to do it. However it's also reporting a -88dBm signal strength despite literally being on top of it so perhaps the unit itself is broken.
