Smart Plugs wiser energy monitor
A couple of questions going thorough the steps used when adding an item via the Kasa Smart Plug options;
Devices, Item (Appliance etc), Device Settings, Manage, What is connected to this;
Here on some items I have an option to check "Wiser Energy Monitor" what does that option mean?
In addition I have 8 items on smart plugs that I have identified in the Sense app
As Sense (hopefully) learns and populates items it finds will the one on the smart plugs be ignored or will Sense still identify them as a separate item (so I will have two of the same) or is the setting them up in the app tell sense not to search for them?
The Wiser Energy app is in phase out and a migration to Schneider Home started. I recommend you to contact your local customer support to obtain further information and an assistance.
