TELETERM M3E RTU Not Detected on ISAGRAF ACP – Communication Help Needed

Hi Community,

I'm working on setting up a Teleterm M3E RTU using the IsaGRAF Automation Collaborative Platform (ACP). I'm currently facing issues where the RTU is not being detected as a device in the IsaGRAF environment.

🔧 My setup:

• RTU Model: Teleterm M3E

• Communication: RS-485 via USB-to-RS485 adapter

• Platform: IsaGRAF ACP

• Objective: Upload/download program and monitor gas detection system

❗ Problem:

• The RTU is not recognized when I try to add a device in IsaGRAF ACP.

• No communication link seems to be established.

✅ What I've tried:

• Verified the correct COM port via Device Manager.

• Confirmed baud rate and serial settings.

• Used the same USB-RS485 adapter on another Modbus RTU (works fine).

• Checked cabling and termination.

🔎 What I need help with:

1. Correct steps to add and detect a Teleterm M3E RTU in IsaGRAF ACP.

2. Required drivers or plugins for device recognition.

3. Recommended serial/Modbus settings for reliable communication.

I've done a bit of research on the Teleterm M3E RTU. It is offered by a company called Omniflex. Schneider Electric does not offer this RTU, nor are we able to support it. There are some ISaGRAF users on this forum, so I suppose it's possible someone might have general ISaGRAF programming advice. But odds are not high that there will be anyone who's configured the communication between "ISaGRAF ACP" (I'm not sure what the difference between regular ISaGRAF and the ACP version is) and a Teleterm RTU.
