Hello Nicolas,
The Serck eNET RTUs were the 386 and 586, according to one of our long-time experts. The 586 was re-named as SCADAPack ES at one point. There was also a rack-mountable version called the ER. But our expert was not able to identify "E2769". He thought perhaps this is a serial number rather than a model ? A photo of the device might be helpful for identification.
Are you able to connect to the RTU at all? If so, it would be helpful to know the firmware version. For now, I've attached the manual for a 386 eNET model RTU. Let us know if this is similar to the device you're working on.
I've also attached a datasheet for a newer SCADAPack ES, after re-branding with the Control Microsystems name. One difference between the 386 and 586 models apparently is that the 586 includes two LAN ports.
