Hi everyone,
In Remote Connect R2.7.4, I want to get the data logging from an object or an analog input but when I click the “refresh” bouton from Online Diags...>Data Logging>Objects>Data Logging, I get the message “Refresh unsuccessful. Unable to send request file to the device”. I had the same problem with the version R2.7.3
Here the configuration of the data logs (I tried several options)
I have installed a formatted USB in FAT32 of 4GB and install it in the port USB of the RTU-474
Can someone tell me what could be de solution?
Thank you.
Luis Ardila

Hi Joel,
Thanks for the answer,
I contacted the Tech Support team we found that the problem was the firmware version. I had 9.6.1.750 and it doesn’t support the logging. I needed to upgrade to 9.7.4.2120. after that it worked.

Hello Alberto,
Has the object you're logging been assigned to a logic variable type? I've been told by our Tech Support team it is necessary to assign a logic variable type to an object you are logging, even if the object does not need to be used in Logic Editor.
If you need more help with this you may want to contact our Tech Support team. To do that, go to se.com and select the Support menu, then click Contact Support. After you choose your region or country you will see methods to contact your regional Tech Support team.
