Do you have any text in the System Error Description box when viewing it from SCADAPack E Configurator?

This would be the best way to identify. If it shows something in SCADAPack E Configurator, but not in the Operation Manual then it would be great to send an email to Schneider Tech Support to have them update and correct the Operation Manual.
