Telepace has the DNP Outstation Diagnostic dialog to allow me to view the dnp3 events present etc. where are these monitoring dialogs in RemoteConnect? if they have not been duplicated how am I to view all the information that they provided in Telepace?

I don't have Telepace experience so can only comment on RealConnect.
When you go online with RemoteConnect and refresh the status page, there's diagnostics there. All the data can be pulled back via DNP3.
An example is memory battery. To access the battery voltage use System Data Reference SYS_INFO_MemoryBatteryVoltage
More information in the Help files under SCADAPack Operations Technical Reference System Data
An easy way of monitoring is to add a System Data Group to the Object Browser, apply then write and monitor online.

Please raise an enhancement ticket with your Schneider Support representative regarding this. RemoteConnect is still missing functionality from it's parent systems (E-series Configurator / SCADAPack Workbench on one side, and Telepace on the other).
Without raising enhancement requests, Schneider won't know what the end-users/integrators actually consider as important features to re-instate.
