IEC 60870.5 104 in ABB RTU 560
Hello friends
The RTU 560 device receives data from the slaves every 4 seconds via the modbus protocol. But it sends the data to me every 22 seconds. Is there a solution to reduce this delay?

The ABB RTU560 is not a Schneider product. So you will not really get much support for it here (on a Schneider forum).
You are better off finding the ABB forums (or ABB Tech Support) and enquiring with them, or providing information on why you think Schneider-related experts could help you (i.e. is there a Schneider RTU / SCADA at all involved in this system?)

Hi Mr @BevanWeiss
Since IEC 60870-5 104 is an international protocol and its settings are common to all vendors, I asked this question here.

I would expect there to be some configuration for the RTU which regulates its data reporting.
However, you may find configuration in Geo SCADA which is relevant to this too, e.g. significant change configuration of analogues can affect how they are updated. Perhaps looking at the comms log could help - note there is a comms log interpreter in Geo SCADA:
