I'm having issues figuring out Enron Modbus addressing. The company I work for has recently purchased another company and has upgraded their SCADA system. The previous company had a SCADA with just ScadaPak 4202 and 4203 models. As part of the upgrade, as we move the devices to our new SCADA we have to use a different software than what we were previously using. It requires an Enron Modbus address. I've enabled the Enron address in various meters and have put in different addresses for each device but I'm getting very little data from the devices and some devices are working 100% correctly and others are not working at all. Is there more that is needed done than just simply adding an Enron address?

The 4202 and 4203 are both Multi-Variable Transmitters (MVT's) which also include SCADAPack RTU modules and flow computers. As such, they are typically configured with Telepace Studio for logic, and Realflo to configure/monitor the flow computer.
The Enron Modbus protocol must be enabled in the serial port settings of the device. Have you done that? After opening the program (or reading it from the device) you select "Serial" from the configuration "tree" on the left, then select the port being used. Near the bottom of the port configuration dialog is an option to Enable Enron Modbus mode. You'd then also need to enter an Enron Modbus Station number.
There's a lot of information in the Realflo Help documentation. After opening it, expand the Communication Protocol Reference section, then you'll see Enron Modbus Protocol Interface.
In Realflo the Flow Computer Setup dialog includes two Enron configuration items related to timestamps and indexing. You may want to check those as well, though less likely they'd be mis-configured.
For further assistance with this, unless someone else has good input soon, it might be best to contact our Tech Support team. To find the right contact information for your region, go to se.com and select the Support menu, then the Contact Support item. After selecting your region of the world you can select your country. You'll then see contact information.

Thanks for the information. After some more research I discovered and setting that needed to be enabled on the master radio within the network. That issues seems to be resolved. However, I have stumbled upon a new issue. On some of these 4202 and 4203 devices I am getting a message saying that a Measurement Canada lock has been installed. After some research I found a jumper wire across two pin in the back of the meter. I have removed this jumper but I am still getting the same message. I called Schneider Electric last week and we told all that was needing done was to remove the jumper and cycle the power, but this has done nothing. Does anyone have anymore information on this?

I do suggest you go back and have a chat with Tech Support about this. To the best of my knowledge, if you can read the configuration out of the 4202 or 4203 with Realflo, you should be able to modify it. If you're trying to use the 4000 Series Configurator software instead, that may be locked out. But again, reach out and keep working with Tech Support.
Worst comes to worst you could do a Factory Boot on the unit, but then you'd need to completely re-configure the flow computer. And more importantly you'd lose the History and Logs. (unless you read them out just before doing a Factory Boot)
