Hello,
On the T300, there is no reset possible if you can't connect to the product.
It is a security feature, to protect the majority of the installations, whereas a reset would be usefull in a limited number of cases.
If you can't access to the 'LAN' (default 192.168.0.254 or your setting) nor the WAN (default 192.168.1.10 or your setting) nor the Wifi, you can do nothing with the HU250. (same thing if you lose the passwords)
That said, the IP settings, and more generally the configuration, does normally not change spontaneously, and it is important to understand (and share) what could be the cause of the problem (change in configuration, restart, any event ?)
We had for example people trying to set "white list" on both the LAN and WAN in the same time, thus loosing access to the product.
If something is potentially blocking the Ethernet communications, it is important to know.
Any context information around this problem is welcome.
Best regards,
Mathieu.
