MIcom P437-660 IP Address

Hi all,

 

Anyone encounter something like described below with Micom P437 ver. -660 (PX437-660-252ED1.ICD version)

We have: SEB copper: 1 * RJ45 + 1 * IRIG-B (9652161)

We cant ping the device even we changed the IP address in MCL, and downloaded MCL. More we are pinging IP address: 192.168.1.4

Any one know what we are doing wrong or this can be the bug in Micom -660?

Hi Ivan,
Unfortunately, 660 version can not used in Edition 1 mode.
If you can run Edition 2 in the substation, then you can use the P437 with version 660.
Switch over to Edition 2 mode by using the setting tool Easergy Studio.


If Edition 1 is mandatory for P437, then an update to at least version 661-706 is required.
