Hi,
I have received a question from Distribution System Operator about password protected Easergy Studio.
It seems someone locked the Easergy studio (picture attached) and they don`t know what is the password. When we start the Easergy studio message attached pops-up and we can`t access the program.
Unfortunately, but as expected, installation of new version of the Studio didn't reset the password .
Is there a procedure of how to reset the password to default or no password program for Easergy Studio?

To solve the issue related in the post, you must uninstall the Easergy Studio installed (keeping the data models and project files) and reinstall with the installer file saved on the PC (not in the memory key or external hard disk), run the installation file as Administrator (run as Administration) and English language.
