Hi @gibson_huang_ep
I am global product manager of Sepam and will be a pleasure to help you.
In this case we should verify the configuration of Sepam 60 first, firmware, protocol settings, configuration of switch, network topology, network traffic and the PSO system in the end.
Our Technical support team can help you to investigate this case. Send a email to connected-products-support@schneider-electric.com and add me in copy. In the email, please describe as maximum as possible your network topology and add the settings file from Sepam 60.
Best Regards,
Sergio FLORIDA
