Good morning.
I am writing to detail a problem that is happening to us with the Easergy P5F30 that we have mounted in SAT tests for some 69kV line boards integrated into IHM Ecosui.
Problem description
Loss of connection with Easergy Setup via Ethernet and via USB (front panel). The equipment does not allow management through any of its ports. It only allows a temporary connection with the Easergy P5F30 in both ports for about 5-7 min after restarting the equipment (turning off and power on the power supply).
Observations

I had a similar issue last week, however, it was happening when the relay got synchronized via SNTP. please check that.
In this case the solution was the firmware upgrade, please check that and contact your local support.

Thanks for the answer. The Synchronization is OK via SNTP. We test without the GPS and the issue persist.¿Do you know the firmware version upgraded/downgraded?
