Hello,
I'm setting the IP addresses for some T300 units. I have a HU, 2 SC150s, SC160, and LV150. One of the SC150s seem to take the IP address I sent, but after rebooting I'm no longer able to connect to it. I sent the following IPs to my devices, and all are responding except for the first SC150.
HU250 - 192.168.0.220
SC150_1 - 192.168.0.221 (not responding)
SC150_2 - 192.168.0.222
SC160 - 192.168.0.223
LV150 - 192.168.0.224
Is there a way to reset an SC150? I can't connect at 192.168.10.10 the factory defaults any more either.

Also, is there any documentation that outlines the functions of the LEDs and Buttons on the front of all the units. I can find good documentation on the HU250, but having a hard time finding similar documentation for the modules?

Thanks @Ufuk ,
That helped me find the lost IP address!
It apparently reset to default, and did it a couple of time after submitting a new IP as well. I had to submit, wait for address received, and power cycle a few times for it took the IP address...
Do you know what would cause it to revert to default sometimes? The other devices all worked the first time I submitted the IP Address.
It also defaulted to 192.168.10.10 after sending the firmware file, and had to submit and reboot a couple more times for the IP address to hold?

You are welcome and happy to hear you solved it.
Well honestly I did not use sc150. But I had the same issues with EGX100 gateway used in Energy Monitoring System. I guess You already tried possible troubleshootings such as power off/on, hard reset, soft reset etc. I did the same for gateways. But never solved the issue. So ı replaced them with spare. If you have problem only with one of the SC150 and the others are ok as you mention, My guess the reason might be the product itself maybe because it has a defect caused by its production process. If there was a general problem , maybe we could think over the issue reason deeper. 🙂

Hi,
I suppose you have looked at SC150 installation guide that provides the meaning of front panels LEDs and push buttons, right?

Hi,
When you tried to connect to it using the factory IP address 192.168.10.10, did you also:
(1) change your laptop setting to 192.168.10.11/ 255.255.255.0
(2) connect your laptop directly to the module itself (with nothing connected to the second Ethernet port of the module)?
You might want to send this module back to investigate the root cause.
