is the Powertag are part of the discovery meaning will be discovered by Power Commission when I research them ?

Hello @Panel_Rhone_Alp 

EcoStruxure Power Commission discover only devices connected physically in the switchboard ( Ethenet, Modbus serial ).

For PowerTag range, EPC will discover the gateway ( PowerTag Link) and after PowerTag will be discover through the gateway  during the configuration mode.
