Wiser Alexa skill won’t link

I can’t link the wiser Alexa skill for the last 24hrs. All lights and sockets are controllable from the wiser app but not from alexa .

when I try and link the Alexa wiser skill to the wiser account, I get “unable to link the skill at this time. Please try again later”. Tried several times for the last 12 hours

regretting unlinking the account now, but I did so it to try and restore full control , immediately prior to doing that, Alexa could see the state of all my wiser devices, but not switch any off or on. Been running sweetly for 6 months before that

same results trying from iPhone and iPad devices.

And , a few hours later, hey presto it links again! Not sure if this was a failure in the wiser back end or Alexa , but either way it’s sorted now

My wilder is linked to Alexa but won’t turn the lights on or off. How did you get that to work please?

but you can turn lights on & Off from the Wiser app right? Gotta get that working first. Sorry, but it worked 1st time out of the box for me, once I had it working from the app, then linked app <> Alexa, 'she' could do everything the app could do. Maybe try the Amazon helpdesk?
