Climate control with multiple devices

I have 3 questions on this topic;

• I have a large room with 2 radiators, each with a radiator thermostatic valve, how do I determine/set which valve governs the room temperature?
• If I install a room thermostat in the same room, sited away from the radiators, how would this inter-operate with the radiator valves? 
• If I wanted to answer the above by reading Schneider/Drayton Wiser documentation, where would I find that documentation?

I also have two radiators with wiser trv's in one room as well as a Roomstat and it's the roomstat which decides whether the rads should come on or not. When you add the RS to the same room as the the rads in the app you will only see one item in that room on the home page and that is the RS. If I or the room calls for heat both TRV's open until the RS has reached temp
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that without the RS I believe the average is taken between the two rads to determine the overall room temp. I'm sure I read it somewhere but I can't remember where.

Hi Brian, thanks for that. I've opted for adding a room-stat and the TRVs are operating as you describe.
