How do I resend or forward a digital voucher code email?

You can resend or forward a software activation email containing a digital voucher code in mySchneider Software Management:
Go to the Purchases tab in mySchneider Software Management.
Search for the purchase by Purchase Order or Delivery Email.
Go to Action > Resend.
Enter the email address to which the digital voucher code email will be resent/forwarded.
Select the role of the recipient email contact:
Owner receives monthly renewal reminders starting 180 days in advance.
Seller/Integrator/Solution Provider receives monthly renewal reminders to notify about their customer's upcoming renewals.
Click Send Email.
This self-service option to resend or forward a voucher code email provides full control over subscription/license delivery without needing to contact Customer Support.
