replaced old 7550 meters(S7550A0C0B6E0A0C) with latest (METSEION92030)- now ethergate does not work

installed METSEION92030 to replace 7550

7550 was connected via daisy chain rs485 to talk to downstream 7330 type meters
after new install, the new meter does not communicate to the old meters over ethergate

so I can no longer see the data from my 7330 meters

any help appreciated

Do the updated meters not commuincate over ehtergate the same as the old 7550 meters?

ION9000 supports EtherGate configuration and can function as Ethernet gateway. Please note that EtherGate supports only one client device.

Please check the ION9000 User Guide -> Configuring EtherGate or Secure EtherGate using ION Setup
