please assist on this
One of the technicians wanted to change passwords on some of their power meters and used ION Setup to achieve this.
After attempting this change, the Modbus TCP/IP communication has stopped working.
The devices affected are PM8240 and an ION9000.
I have confirmed the protocol is still enabled. We tried cycling power on the device and updating firmware with no luck.

When changing the password using the ION Setup wizard, did you check whether the ‘Modbus Access’ option was set correctly? If ‘Modbus Access’ is set to None, the meter will stop sending data via Modbus.
