This is described on page 24 of the iem3000 series user manual (DOCA0005EN). I've attached a link:

1. Navigate to Partial Active E or Partial Reactive E screen. The screen displays the date of the last reset.
2. Press and hold ESC. The reset screen appears
3. Press ok to confirm reset and enter password when prompted.
This will reset both partial active and partial reactive energy (if available).
