iEM3255 Resolution change

Hi All,

Is there a way to change the kwh resolution on the iEM3255 from 1 decimal to 2 decimals via front display?

Is there a possibility to write to the meter to produce that?

Appreciate your assistance.

Cheers.

Evonne

Re: iEM3255 Resolution change

Hello Evonne

can you please clarify the customer's expectation? I guess it is about displayed value accuracy, but are they looking for kWhx10-2 accuracy or MWhx10-2 accuracy?

Screen size is limiting the number of displayed digits; if you could increase the decimals, this would divide the max cumulated value by 10... which is a severe impact to the product's features.
